Peter E. Baccile

President and Chief Executive Officer

Peter E. Baccile is President and CEO of First Industrial Realty Trust, bringing over 30 years of management, real estate, and financial expertise. He joined the company as President in 2016 and became CEO later that year, following senior leadership roles at UBS Securities and a 26-year tenure at J.P. Morgan. Baccile has overseen more than $250 billion in capital markets and strategic transactions and serves on several industry boards. He holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BS from Cornell University.
