Renee M. Willis is the President and CEO of the National Low Income Housing Coalition, having assumed the role in 2025 after nearly a decade of leadership within the organization. She previously served as Vice President for Field and Communications and as Senior Vice President for Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. Willis is recognized for her deep commitment to housing justice, advancing racial equity, and her vision for ensuring affordable housing for those with the lowest incomes. Based in Washington, D.C., she is the first Black woman to lead NLIHC and is known for her policy expertise and advocacy achievements.
