Rob Speyer is the Chief Executive Officer of Tishman Speyer, where he has led the firm's global expansion and doubled its assets under management to approximately $65 billion. Under his leadership, the company has delivered more than 67 million square feet of mixed-use development and added over 15,400 residential units worldwide. Rob is recognized for driving growth into new markets across the U.S., Asia, Europe, and Latin America, and for developing innovative business lines. He graduated magna cum laude from Columbia College and has held prominent civic and industry leadership roles, including Chair of the Advisory Board of the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City.
