Robert F. (Bob) Probst

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Robert F. Probst has served as Ventas’s CFO since 2014, overseeing finance, accounting, IT, strategy, and investor relations. Previously, he was CFO of Beam Inc. and held senior finance roles at Baxter International and Diageo PLC. Probst is a recipient of multiple financial executive awards and chairs the audit committee at the Chicago Botanic Garden. He earned his B.A. in Economics from Duke University and an MBA with highest honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
