Robert R. Dillard is Executive Vice President and CFO of KB Home, overseeing accounting, finance, IT, internal audit, investor relations, tax, and treasury. Before joining KB Home in 2025, he was CFO and Chief Strategy Officer at Sonoco Products Company and held executive roles at Domtar and Stanley Black & Decker. Dillard began his career in investment banking at UBS. He holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
