Ross Cooper

President and Chief Investment Officer

Ross Cooper is President and Chief Investment Officer at Kimco Realty, a position he has held since 2017, and was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2025. He joined Kimco in 2006 and has served in key roles including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Acquisitions, Dispositions, and Asset Management. Cooper is known for his deep expertise in real estate investment and portfolio management, driving Kimco’s acquisition and investment strategies. He holds a B.S. from the University of Michigan and a Master’s in Real Estate from New York University.
