Sage Kelly serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and Global Head of Investment Banking, leading the firm’s Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, and M&A businesses. Since joining in 2016, he has transformed Cantor’s investment banking franchise and expanded its sector coverage. Kelly previously led Healthcare Investment Banking at Jefferies and held senior roles at UBS and Citibank. He brings three decades of investment banking experience and a strong record in strategic deal execution.
