Scott Wittman is the Chief Investment Officer at Strata Investment Group, responsible for shaping investment strategy and leading all real estate transactions and venture activities across the US. Since joining Strata in 2014, he has led over $6 billion in transaction activity for the company. Scott previously worked in sourcing, underwriting, and closing structured and opportunistic real estate investments, and managed residential entitlement and acquisition activities for Standard Pacific Homes. He holds an MBA from the University of San Diego and a BA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
