Shane LaFave is the Chief Operating Officer at Roers Cos., leading the development, construction, property management, and human resources teams. With over 18 years in real estate, Shane has managed projects ranging from affordable housing renovations to high-end urban developments, as well as hotels and solar farms. He joined Roers Cos. in 2019 and became part of the executive team in 2023, playing a key role in building a strong, dedicated team. Shane has been recognized as one of Finance & Commerce’s POWER 30 Developers for three consecutive years.
