Shaul Kuba is a Co-Founder and Principal of CIM Group, bringing over 25 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, and lending. He has played a pivotal role in building CIM’s platforms and has overseen major urban mixed-use developments such as Miami Worldcenter and Centennial Yards. Kuba is recognized for his expertise in acquisitions, portfolio management, and strategic partnerships, and he serves on CIM’s Investment and Real Asset Management Committees. Prior to CIM, he co-founded Dekel Development, focusing on commercial and multifamily properties in Los Angeles.
