Stephan Fairfield is the founder and CEO of Covenant Community Capital, leading the organization in its mission to help families achieve financial stability and build intergenerational assets. He has overseen the development of over 1,600 affordable homes and co-founded initiatives that have created hundreds of living-wage jobs. Fairfield is recognized for his expertise in affordable housing, asset-building, and community development, and has received multiple awards for his impact. He holds a BA in History from Baylor University and was a Harvard University Loeb Fellow.
