Stephen A. Ranieri is Vice President of Design & Construction at The Widewaters Group, joining the company in 1990 and assuming his current role in 1993. He manages all aspects of development, design, and construction, and has overseen the construction of over 18 million square feet of commercial space across the U.S. and Canada. Ranieri is licensed in multiple U.S. states and Canadian provinces, and is recognized for implementing advanced project management and design technologies. He is a graduate of Syracuse University.
