Managing Director, Southern California Region at Swift Real Estate Partners

Steve Blue is the Managing Director for Swift’s Southern California region, responsible for acquisitions, financing, and operations of office properties. Prior to joining Swift in 2015, he was a Partner at Davenport Partners and previously served as Senior Vice President and Partner at Buchanan Street Partners. Steve holds a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is known for his expertise in property acquisitions, joint venture structuring, and operational leadership.
