Steven DeFrancis is the founder and CEO of Cortland, bringing over three decades of experience in multifamily real estate development and management. He has led Cortland's transformation into an international, integrated real estate investment, development, and management company, focusing on innovative development and value-add opportunities. Steven previously served as President and Owner of Capitol Realty and co-founded Capitol Development Group. He holds a BS in Real Estate from the University of Georgia and is active in several industry associations.
