Thomas J. Duffe

Thomas J. Duffe is the Chief Operating Officer of The Durst Organization, appointed in 2022 after more than 25 years with the company. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Project Development and Construction, overseeing major projects including One Bryant Park and 151 West 42nd Street. Tom has played a pivotal role in the construction of millions of square feet of commercial and residential space in New York City. He is active in industry organizations such as the New York Building Congress and the Real Estate Board of New York.
