Thomas Natelli is the CEO and principal owner of Natelli Communities, overseeing the acquisition, development, and construction of master-planned communities across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast United States. Natelli holds leadership roles on several boards, including Park Hotels and Resorts, and is a trustee emeritus at Duke University’s School of Engineering.
