Tim Shaheen leads TA Digital Group LLC, the data center development arm of TA Realty, bringing nearly 30 years of expertise in business development, strategy, and site development within the digital infrastructure sector. He previously held executive roles at Aligned Data Centers and EdgeConnex, where he developed deep knowledge of hyperscale data center operations and strategic positioning. Shaheen is responsible for positioning TA Digital Group to deliver innovative data center solutions across key North American markets including Northern Virginia, Atlanta, and Chicago.
