Torbjorn Caesar is Chairman and CEO of Actis, responsible for the firm’s overall performance, strategy, and leadership. He joined Actis in 2002 as the founding partner of the Actis Energy business and has since led the company’s growth into a leading global investor in sustainable infrastructure. Previously, he held senior roles at ABB, focusing on power plant services, sales, development, finance, and equity investments. Torbjorn holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and an MBA from IMD in Switzerland.
