Victor J. Coleman is the CEO and Chairman of Hudson Pacific Properties, having served as a board member since the company's IPO in 2010. He previously founded and managed Hudson Pacific’s predecessor, Hudson Capital, and has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s portfolio to over 15.8 million square feet of office space and 1.5 million square feet of sound stages. Coleman holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a BA in History from the University of California, Berkeley. He is active on several boards, including Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission.
