William S. Holstein has served as Senior Vice President at The Widewaters Group since 1985, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and diversification. He is responsible for overseeing development, acquisitions, investment strategies, and capital raising, and has led the formation of the company’s hotel, multifamily, and industrial platforms. Holstein is experienced in site selection, entitlements, feasibility, and design, and participates in corporate strategic planning. He earned a BS in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
