Yael Duffy

President and Chief Operating Officer at Industrial Logistics Properties Trust

Yael Duffy has served as President of Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (ILPT) since 2022 and as Chief Operating Officer since 2020. She is also a Senior Vice President at The RMR Group, overseeing asset management for office, industrial, and retail properties. Ms. Duffy joined RMR in 2006, previously holding roles as Accounting Manager and Area Director, and earlier worked at Spaulding & Slye. She is active in industry organizations such as Nareit and NAIOP, and holds leadership roles at Office Properties Income Trust.
