Yolanda Winstead is President & CEO of DHIC, Inc., bringing over 25 years of experience in affordable housing development, financing, and related services. Previously, she served as Vice President of Finance at Greystone Affordable Development and as Senior Acquisitions Manager at CAHEC, where she structured over $400 million in equity investments. She began her career at DHIC in 1994 and holds a BS in Business Administration from Atlantic Christian College and a Nonprofit Management Certification from Duke University. Yolanda is recognized for her leadership in affordable housing and her commitment to community impact.
