175 Park Avenue is a transformative mixed-use supertall development replacing the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Midtown Manhattan. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the project will rise to approximately 1,581 feet and deliver 2.1 million square feet of Class A office space, 500 hotel rooms, and 10,000 square feet of retail. It will feature elevated public terraces, a new transit hall, and direct connections to Grand Central Terminal, enhancing pedestrian flow and commuter experience. Currently under construction, the project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.
