The project delivers 2.5 million square feet of next-generation office space, supporting over 10,000 employees and featuring advanced sustainability measures as New York’s largest all-electric tower. Its completion marks a major milestone for the city, catalyzing Midtown’s post-pandemic resurgence and setting a new standard for workplace design and urban integration. As of October 2025, the building is fully operational and occupied by JPMorgan Chase.
