Developed by Extell and designed by Perkins Eastman, the project delivers 400,000 square feet of office space with ground-floor and cellar retail. The Hospital for Special Surgery anchors the building, occupying 200,000 square feet across the first eight floors for advanced musculoskeletal care. Construction wrapped up in mid-2025, with final exterior and sidewalk work concluding as the building prepares for tenant fit-out and operations.
