A 19-story, 264-room dual-branded Marriott hotel in Uptown Dallas off the McKinney Avenue corridor, combining a 110-room AC Hotel and a 154-room Moxy. Peachtree Group developed and owns it, aiming at the upscale segment that Greg Friedman says Uptown lacks because most hotels there are upper-upscale or luxury. The Moxy bar and restaurant sits at street level, and an eighth-floor custom-branded bar and lounge opens onto an amenity deck with an outdoor terrace and water features. The building includes a 261-stall parking garage and a fitness center. Merriam Anderson Architects designed it, with Moss Construction as general contractor and Western Alliance Bank as lender, as reported by Hoodline.
