Address Al Marjan Island

Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah

Address Al Marjan Island is an Emaar-developed Address Hotels + Resorts beach resort and branded residences on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, the first Address property in the emirate and Emaar Development's first project there. Emaar launched it in April 2018 on the Views island, the largest of Al Marjan's four islands, following a December 2017 MoU to develop two million sq ft of mixed-use space; the launch plan cited 249 hotel rooms and 234 residences. In September 2026 Emaar Hospitality Group presented it as a 196-key beachfront resort opening in 2028, with three swimming pools including a 614-square-metre family pool, a 1,155-square-metre jetty lounge, a kids' club, spa and health club. Emaar also markets apartments and townhouses in the development with direct beach access.
