Address The Bay is a 182-key five-star Address Hotels + Resorts hotel at Emaar Beachfront, the gated beachfront community Emaar Properties is developing at Dubai Harbour near Dubai Marina. Emaar Hospitality Group announced it in September 2026 alongside Address Diriyah and Address Al Marjan Island, and says it will open in 2027 (Q3 2027 per Emirates Woman). The hotel will have a 523-square-metre main pool deck with cabanas and six dining and lounge concepts including all-day dining and a club lounge. It is paired with Address Residences The Bay, Emaar's branded apartments, penthouses and townhouses on the same beachfront, whose residents receive discounts at the hotel.
