Aeternitas Tower is a 106-storey, 450-meter-tall ultra-luxury residential skyscraper under construction in Dubai Marina, developed by London Gate in partnership with Swiss watchmaker Franck Muller. The project features branded residences, villas, mansions, and a penthouse, all meticulously designed with Franck Muller's signature craftsmanship and offering panoramic views of the ocean, marina, and golf course. As the world's tallest branded residential clock tower, Aeternitas sets new global benchmarks for opulence and architectural innovation. Currently, the project is over 40% complete, with handover expected in 2027.
