Affordable Housing Project Jordan
Multiple Districts, Jordan
The Affordable Housing Project Jordan is a large-scale residential initiative aimed at delivering 30,000 small-sized, expandable housing units across multiple districts, including Zarqa, Karak, and Maan. The project targets lower-middle income Jordanian families and vulnerable populations, such as Syrian refugees, by offering affordable homeownership and rental options. It is designed to stimulate economic growth, create jobs, and address acute housing shortages while supporting the Kingdom’s Economic Modernisation Vision. Currently, the project is in its initial phase, with land registration, infrastructure development, and stakeholder coordination underway.
