The Amazon Fulfillment Center in Charlton, Massachusetts is a state-of-the-art, 2.8 million-square-foot robotics-enabled industrial facility developed to streamline Amazon’s regional logistics and distribution. The five-story center features advanced automation, with nearly 5,000 robots working alongside over 1,000 full-time employees to process tens of thousands of orders daily. As Amazon’s largest investment in Massachusetts to date, the project is a cornerstone for regional economic growth, job creation, and technological advancement in supply chain operations. The facility began operations in late 2024 and is now fully operational.
