The ATL Logistics Centre Expansion is a major industrial real estate development located in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong, designed to enhance the region’s logistics capacity and efficiency. The project involves the addition of new high-clearance warehouse space, advanced distribution facilities, and upgraded ancillary office areas to the existing multi-storey logistics complex. As one of Asia’s largest ramp-access logistics hubs, the expansion aims to support growing demand from e-commerce, high-value goods, and regional supply chain integration. Currently, the project is under construction, with phased delivery scheduled through 2026.
