Avenue North

Avenue North is a large-scale, mixed-use redevelopment of the former AstraZeneca campus in Wilmington, Delaware, spanning approximately 79 acres. The project integrates office, residential, retail, restaurant, and hospitality spaces, including a 12-story office tower, 360 apartments, and a 200-room hotel and conference center. Designed as a walkable, live-work-play community, Avenue North aims to serve major corporate tenants and residents with modern amenities and sustainable infrastructure. As of late 2025, the project is under active construction, with several phases completed and new buildings, including the central office tower, progressing ahead of schedule.
