BGO Long Island Cold Storage, officially branded as Venture Park Cold at ISP, is a 137,470-square-foot, purpose-built cold storage facility under development in Ronkonkoma, Long Island, New York. The project features state-of-the-art insulated metal panel construction, a fully convertible freezer/cooler system, and advanced logistics infrastructure. It is designed to address the region's acute need for modern cold storage, supporting food supply chains and e-commerce growth. Construction began in late 2024, with completion targeted for Q4 2025.
