The BGO Long Island Cold Storage Project, officially known as Venture Park Cold at ISP, is a 137,470-square-foot, purpose-built cold storage facility under development in Ronkonkoma, New York. The project features state-of-the-art insulated metal panel construction, a fully convertible freezer/cooler with temperature ranges from -10°F to +35°F, and advanced logistics infrastructure. It is designed to address the region’s growing demand for modern cold storage, supporting food supply chains and e-commerce logistics. Currently under construction, the facility is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2025.
