The project aims to deliver over 400 housing units, including affordable and mixed-income options, alongside retail and public amenities, and is expected to support up to 670 construction jobs. Key infrastructure improvements include an extended MARC train platform, a pedestrian bridge to the university, and enhanced multimodal access, positioning the site as a vibrant, connected community hub. Currently, the project is in the planning and solicitation phase, with proposals due November 21, 2025 and initial delivery targeted for Q1 2027.
