Brentwood Block is a transformative 7.9-acre master-planned, mixed-use community in Burnaby, British Columbia, developed by Grosvenor. The project features six high-rise towers with approximately 3,500 new homes, including Western Canada's tallest all-rental tower, and over 200,000 square feet of commercial and retail space. Designed as the region's first pedestrian-only masterplan, it integrates extensive public plazas, green spaces, and a new multi-storey community centre. Currently under construction, Brentwood Block is positioned as a major catalyst for urban growth and sustainable living in the Brentwood Town Centre area.
