Bryan Tower Conversion is a major adaptive reuse project transforming the iconic 40-story Bryan Tower in downtown Dallas into a mixed-use residential development. The project will add 425 apartment units across 19 floors, with extensive renovations to the ground floor, second floor, elevator cabs, and site infrastructure. This conversion is significant for revitalizing aging office stock and addressing urban housing demand in Dallas, which ranks among the top U.S. metros for office-to-apartment conversions. As of November 2025, construction is underway, with phased delivery expected through late 2026.
