Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences is a supertall residential skyscraper under construction in Business Bay, Dubai, designed to become the tallest residential building in the world at 557 meters with 104 floors. Developed through a collaboration between Binghatti Developers and luxury brand Jacob & Co, the project features diamond-inspired architecture and ultra-luxury residences, including exclusive penthouses. The tower will offer a range of high-end amenities and services, setting new standards for branded residential living in Dubai. As of November 2025, above-ground construction is underway with completion targeted for late 2026.
