Canopy Deer Valley is a 180-room, four-story lifestyle hotel at the base of Deer Crest in the Deer Valley East Village area of Park City, Utah, steps from the Jordanelle Express Gondola. It was developed and is owned by Extell Development Company, the developer of Deer Valley East Village, under an agreement with Hilton, and is managed by Extell's own hotel management arm. It is the Canopy brand's first hotel in Utah and first ski destination hotel, and it opened in September 2026. The hotel has four food and beverage concepts (Tavolona, Fornetto, Mountain Provisions and the Alpine Attic rooftop), an indoor pool, spa facilities, meeting space, skier services and two levels of underground parking with 176 stalls. Architecture is by The Richardson Design Partnership and interiors by DLR Group | BraytonHughes.
