Centennial Yards is a transformative 50-acre mixed-use development in downtown Atlanta, Georgia, revitalizing the historic Gulch area into a vibrant urban district. The project encompasses over 8 million square feet of new construction, including residential, office, retail, hotel, and entertainment spaces, with a focus on pedestrian connectivity and sustainability. As one of the largest city center redevelopments in the Southeast, it aims to reconnect fragmented parts of downtown and serve as a catalyst for economic growth, especially ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Currently under construction, Centennial Yards is progressing through phased delivery, with major components scheduled to open by 2026.
