The Chobani Dairy Processing Facility in Rome, New York, is a 1.4 million square foot, state-of-the-art industrial plant under construction at the Griffiss Business and Technology Park. Designed to process over 12 million pounds of milk daily and produce more than one billion pounds of dairy products annually, it represents the largest single investment in natural food manufacturing in U.S. history. The facility will create over 1,000 full-time jobs and significantly expand Chobani’s supply chain and production capacity. As of late 2025, construction is underway with completion targeted for the end of 2026.
