Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Center Expansion
Lebanon, Indiana
The Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Center Expansion in Lebanon, Indiana, is a major project led by NewCold and United States Cold Storage (USCS), significantly increasing the region's cold storage and food processing capacity. The expansion includes a 107,200-square-foot addition to USCS's public refrigerated warehouse and a new, state-of-the-art seafood processing facility for Gorton's Seafood, creating one of the largest automated cold storage complexes in the United States. Key features include advanced automation, energy-efficient operations, and integrated logistics solutions, supporting both regional and national food supply chains. As of late 2025, the project is in the final stages of construction, with phased commissioning underway and full operations expected by year-end.
