Cold Summit II is a next-generation, multi-tenant cold storage facility located in Lancaster, Texas, designed to serve the growing needs of the food, pharmaceutical, and cold chain logistics sectors. The project encompasses over 360,000 square feet of Class A refrigerated warehouse space with flexible temperature zones and advanced energy-efficient systems. Strategically positioned near major transportation corridors and the Union Pacific Dallas Intermodal Terminal, it offers rapid distribution capabilities and scalability for up to four tenants. As of late 2025, the facility is under construction with delivery targeted for Q2 2025 and pre-leasing underway.
