Coles Street Mixed-Use Development is a transformative project located in Jersey City's SoHo West district, comprising two residential towers rising 14 and 21 stories above a six-level podium. The development will deliver 670 market-rate apartments, 13,000 square feet of street-level retail, and over 60,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. Strategically positioned near the Hoboken border, the project aims to revitalize a formerly vacant block and establish SoHo West as a vibrant, integrated community. Construction began in June 2025 and is currently underway, with completion targeted for spring 2028.
