Constellation Center and Apartments
Seattle, WA
The Constellation Center and Apartments is a mixed-use development in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, combining ultra-low-income housing with a comprehensive service center for youth overcoming homelessness. The project features 84 affordable housing units, including 15 reserved for youth transitioning out of homelessness, and a 25,000-square-foot center offering education, workforce training, and holistic social services. Designed to address urgent city-wide needs, the development is a civic endeavor to break down barriers to independence for vulnerable youth. Construction is currently underway, with completion scheduled for early 2027.
