The project encompasses over 1,000 acres, with major campuses planned in Red Oak, Grand Prairie, Lancaster, and Garland, designed to support cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and high-capacity optical networks. Key features include robust power sourcing, scalable modular construction, and advanced connectivity, positioning DFW as a national leader in digital infrastructure. Currently, the project is under construction, with phased delivery scheduled through 2026.
