Enfield Marketplace Redevelopment is a transformative mixed-use project on the 72-acre Enfield Square Mall site in Enfield, Connecticut. The project will deliver approximately 465 multifamily residential units, up to 296,000 square feet of new commercial and retail space, and significant public realm improvements. It aims to revitalize a declining mall property, create hundreds of jobs, and provide new affordable housing and lifestyle amenities. As of November 2025, the project is in the planning and zoning approval phase, with state and local funding secured and master planning underway.
