Fontainebleau Las Vegas
Winchester, Nevada
Fontainebleau Las Vegas is a luxury resort and casino located on the Las Vegas Strip, featuring a 67-story tower standing 737 feet tall—the tallest occupiable building in Nevada. The $3.7 billion property encompasses 3,644 hotel rooms, a 173,000 square-foot casino, 36 restaurants, 550,000 square feet of event space, and premium entertainment venues including LIV nightclub and BleauLive. The resort opened on December 13, 2023, after a complex development history spanning nearly two decades, and represents the second most-expensive resort development in Las Vegas history. Despite its grand opening and recognition as one of the world's greatest places by Time magazine in 2024, the property has faced significant operational and financial challenges including substantial daily cash burn and executive turnover.
