Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Puerto Rico at Bahia Beach is a transformative luxury mixed-use development set within a 483-acre beachfront nature reserve in Río Grande. The project features 139 reimagined rooms and suites, 85 branded private residences, and world-class amenities including an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course, spa, and ten dining venues. As Four Seasons’ first venture in Puerto Rico, it replaces the former St. Regis Bahia Beach and is positioned to redefine Caribbean luxury living with enhanced design, sustainability, and exclusivity. Currently under construction, the resort is scheduled to open in November 2025.
